cv988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to the player's account.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, cv988 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, bonus winnings, and, in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, all funds in the account balance. In all other cases of account closure, genuine account balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
